Cute spot. Tiny little 6” pizzas for a very good price. Prices are reasonable for being so central to the Florence center. Fun staff who are attentive. You order and eat tiny slices.

They do mini pizzas called pizzettes which taste really good and cost really little. I got a lovely Margherita pizza for just €2! They also have a few vegan pizza options and quite a lot with meat on for any meat lovers. Overall, the food was really good, amazing service and a nice atmosphere to top it all off!

I liked the way the greasy dough and the size of the pizza you can try different kinds. We loved it over all. I wish they open a sit down shop. You should try the Burrata pizza. I highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the best pizza in Florence , and honestly, wouldn’t surprise me if it’s one of the best in Italy ????????. Out of all the food I had across the country, this is the one I remember the most. Had a laugh with the lady serving in my broken Italian. She made sure my pizza was fresh (even though they all are) and even whacked on the chilli oil for me before wrapping it up . My kinda place! She also recommended a cheese & ham stuffed ball which was unreal . I only wish I’d ordered more from here. Hands down my favourite pizza spot in Florence. If you’re in the city, don’t miss it. Full reviews also up on my Insta 'Weekend at Sunjz'. I rate every spot on taste , people and vibes .

Great small pizzas, so can try a few different types. Cooked in cast iron so the crust may not be typical of what you would find in other Italian restaurants with wood fire ovens. Burrata was my favourite. Staff were very friendly. Atmosphere was great. They treated us and our young daughter wonderfully. Will stop in for a bite any time we are in Florence.

A Hidden Gem in Florence! ???????? This cozy little pizza place is an absolute treasure! The moment you walk in, you feel the warmth—not just from the oven, but from the amazing guys running the place. Super friendly, passionate about their craft, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they love what they do. The pizza? Out of this world. Thin, crisp crust with just the right chew. I had the one with sausage and greens—perfectly seasoned meat, melty cheese, and a beautifully balanced flavor. You taste the quality in every bite. It’s clear they use fresh, top-notch ingredients. If you're in Florence and craving real, soulful pizza made with love, don’t miss this spot. It’s a slice of heaven served with a smile!

Review of Pizzeria al taglio Ganza - Mai Abbastanza, Florence If you’re wandering through Florence and craving a quick, satisfying pizza stop, Pizzeria al taglio Ganza - Mai Abbastanza is a little hidden gem worth seeking out. Tucked away off the main tourist paths, this place captures the spirit of an authentic Italian pizzeria—simple, welcoming, and all about the food. The first thing that stands out is the warm reception from the staff. There’s a genuine friendliness here, not forced or rushed, which makes the experience feel personal. Whether you’re grabbing a slice to go or staying for a quick bite, you’ll be met with a smile and an eagerness to help. The star of the show is undoubtedly their Margherita pizza, priced at just €2—an absolute steal considering the quality. The base is light yet firm, with that perfect balance of crispness and chewiness that only comes from dough made with care. The tomato sauce has a rich, authentic flavor—fresh, slightly tangy, and not overly seasoned—while the mozzarella brings a creamy finish that ties it all together. One of the small but thoughtful touches is how they’ll wrap the pizza for you, making it easy to enjoy on the go. This is especially handy if you’re strolling through Florence’s charming streets while eating. For those looking for something more substantial, they also offer pizza boxes for takeaway, making it ideal for sharing with friends or taking back to your accommodation. The vibe of the place is relaxed and unfussy—exactly what you’d hope for in a neighborhood pizza spot. It’s not flashy or tourist-oriented, and that’s what makes it so appealing. Here, the focus is firmly on quality, value, and authenticity. In short: If you need a quick, affordable, and delicious pizza fix in Florence, Pizzeria al taglio Ganza - Mai Abbastanza should be at the top of your list. Between the welcoming service, unbeatable prices, and reliably excellent pizza, it’s one of those small spots that leaves a big impression.
